How we deliver in Sri Lanka and abroad, what it costs, and how to ask for a sample.
Ordering
Add products to your cart and send the order to us on WhatsApp, or message us directly. We confirm stock, the delivery charge and the final total before anything is dispatched. Nothing is charged on this website.
Delivery within Sri Lanka
We deliver island-wide by courier or post. The courier charge depends on your delivery location and the size of the order, and we tell you the exact charge on WhatsApp before dispatch.
You can also collect your order from our factory at 365/2/B 1st Lane, Nandasara Mawatha, Hokandara North, Malabe, Monday to Saturday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
International shipping
Shipping charges and delivery times depend on the destination country. Send us your country and the products and quantities you need, and we will reply with a quotation.
Samples
Hotels, restaurants, caterers, food manufacturers and importers can ask for a sample before ordering. Use the quotation form on the Ghame Professional page or message us on WhatsApp.
Returns
If there is a problem with your order, contact us on WhatsApp or by email as soon as it arrives.
